Hi all welcome to my top tips for frugal living save yourself pounds in your wallet for special occasion or just a rainy day. 1. Food bargains We all want a good bargain in the supermarket shop on a Sunday an hour or two before closing and pick up some fantastic meat / poultry bargains supermarkets on a Sunday sell the meat / poultry off at a quarter of price! Remember to be frugal don't get carried away with the bargain buy what you need only same applies to fresh fruit and veg ............................................................................. 2. Money jars Always a good idea to have a penny jar plonk your pennies / coins in the jar when full take to a coinstar machine in most supermarkets to change them up. These machines do take a small fee or alternatively if you have a natwest account use their machine free of charge and pay into your account ..............................,...............................,.......... 3. Relaxation We all need but tlc at times forget retail therapy be frugal relax at home with good book meditate, find a cheap hobby all far better than paying out the pounds on fancy relaxation classes ............................................................................ 4. Grow your own herbs on a window seel this saves you time and money at the supermarket and you get the satisfaction of knowing you grew that yourself .................................................................................. 5. Pack your own lunch for work why pay over the odds for a quick take away sandwich that is full of salt! When you can make your own not only are you saving money but saving your health too .....................................................,........,..................
