Free Running Clubs, Yoga Classes and Fitness Classes

There are a number of brands that promote free running clubs, yoga classes and fitness classes on social media. If you want to exercise for free, then you should start following these exercise oriented brands on Twitter and Facebook. Here are a list of a few of my favourites:

Running (Free):
1) Sweatshop Running Club (various locations nationwide with lunch time and after work runs)
2) Nike+ Run club (various locations offer free running clubs after work for different skill levels and distances)
3) Asics Running Club (after work running clubs and running bootcamps)
4) Adidas 26ers (aimed to help you train for a marathon but offer various free runs)
5) Midnight Runners (weekly runs and exercise bootcamps)
6) Runner's Need (various stores offer running clubs early morning, lunchtime or after work)

Yoga (Free or Discounted):
1) Lululemon Athletica (free weekend yoga classes and running clubs after work)
2) Yogarise (Tuesday and Friday yoga classes for free or by donation)
3) Sahaja Yoga (free meditation classes)
4) Many other yoga studios offer discounted yoga classes including Triyoga, Good Vibes, Yotopia
5) Various yoga studios offer discounted yoga classes via Groupon, Living Social or Wowcher

Fitness Classes (Free):
1) Reebok Functional Fitness (every Sunday morning in Covent Garden)
2) Nike+ Training Club (weeknights at Oxford Circus branch)
3) Sweaty Betty Pilates Club (Tuesday nights)
4) Asics Bootcamp (Wednesday nights)
5) Various bootcamps offer free trials and discounted classes (search online)
