Can you send me proof of phone usage for my insurer?
We can send proof of usage straight to your insurer. We can’t send it directly to you though. Here’s how to request proof of usage:
- Report your phone as lost/stolen
- Contact your Insurer. They’ll create a case and issue you a claim reference number
- Contact a giffgaff agent with this reference number and the email address of your insurer. We’ll send the proof of usage directly to them
