Why isn’t my data working?
There are a few reasons your data might not be working:
- You might have run out of data in your goodybag. Or have no credit. Pop over to my giffgaff to check your goodybag or credit balance.
- Check the network status and coverage in your area. There could be issues with a mast or poor coverage affecting your data.
- If calls and texts are working for you then there might be an issue with your internet APN settings. Have a look at our guide with the correct APN internet settings.
- If you're abroad, make sure you have enabled your data roaming. If that doesn't fix it, try to perform a manual roam.
