Are calls/texts included in a goodybag?

Our goodybags come packed with standard calls and texts (as well as 4G data), but there are some other services that aren't included. You'll need to buy credit for any of the following:

If you're having trouble sending or receiving calls and/or texts, you might want to check the coverage in your area.

If the coverage is OK in your area, the problem could be caused by a faulty phone or SIM.

Free calls & texts to other giffgaff numbers

Calls and texts from one giffgaff number to another are free. Woohoo. Just as long as you add credit or buy a goodybag every 3 months.

Can I restrict calls from my phone?

You certainly can, yes. To manage your phone usage you can block certain types of calls and texts (e.g. international, premium, etc.). Click below to update your call services.

Just FYI, you can't update your call services betweem 9.30pm and 4.30am.
