Managing your SIM

All giffgaff phones are sent with a giffgaff SIM card, even if you already have an existing one.

Your first SIM card

Once your new phone and giffgaff SIM card arrives, you will need to activate it online before you can start making calls, sending texts and browsing. It is important to give your member name when asked so we can activate the goodybag you purchased with your phone. Keep the same account is also important to manage your orders.

I already have a SIM

If you're a current giffgaff member and have the right SIM, all you need to do is insert your old SIM into your new phone. If your existing SIM card is not the right size, you can transfer your number, credits and goodybag to the new SIM card by requesting a SIM Swap
