Your initial delivery

All our phones are delivered to your door by UK Mail. We send an email with the tracking reference for your parcel as soon as it leaves the warehouse so you can track its progress on UK Mail's website. The same information is available if you ask us to replace your phone, or send it for repairs.

Sending a phone to giffgaff

When you are booking a return or repair, we provide you with a label which includes postage fees for Royal Mail. This postage does not include tracking or insurance for the content. To send your phone in the best conditions, we ask you to make sure it is sent in a protective package and we advise you to ask the Post Office to upgrade to a tariff offering tracking and a cover for the content of the parcel.
