Which plan’s right for me?

We offer monthly rolling plans with no contract, pay as you go plans with no contract, and 18 month contract plans.


Members with no contract can choose to auto-renew their plans for convenience. If this is your case, then choose a monthly rolling plan as it’ll give you more data than our pay as you go plans.


Contract plans auto-renew every month and offer even more data than our no contract plans. With a contract, you can still choose a different plan each month without affecting your contract length. Happy times.

Can I keep my old phone number?

Absolutely, it's so simple. You’ll just need to request your PAC code from your old network. Then, after you’ve activated your SIM, you can transfer your number over to us.

Can I tether with my plan?

Absolutely. You can tether on all our plans.

What if I need help?

You'll always have our expert community helpers to support you through any issues 24/7. But if they can't, our handy giffgaff agents are always on standby.
