These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your information.

Eligibility Criteria:
- This prize promotion is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
- Aged 18 or over, except for giffgaff employees, their agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step’ family).
Competition Start and End Dates:
- The prize promotion opens at 9am (BST) on Wednesday 30th April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Wednesday 7th May 2025.

- Entries can only be made by posting in the comments section under the promotional post on Instagram. Entries posted anywhere else on Instagram or any other social platform or by any other means are not eligible for entry.
- Only one entry per person. Anyone that enters more than once will be disqualified.
- An entrant can only use one Instagram account to enter.
- Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason will not be accepted.
- The Promoter will not tolerate anyone posting comments via any social media channel that we think are bullying, spiteful or upsetting, or constitute trolling of other entrants, giffgaff followers, or directly aimed at the Promoter. Anyone acting in this way will be disqualified from the prize promotion.
- Any entries that we consider (at our discretion) to be political, dangerous, profane, suggestive, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive (including but not limited to words or symbols that might be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group) cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
- Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple Instagram accounts; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant’s or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
- Internet access and an Instagram account required for entry. An Instagram account can be opened at Instagram.com. Entrants must ensure their Instagram account is enabled for Direct Messaging so we can contact them if they are selected as a winner. Entrants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
- The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

- The £100 Eventim e-Gift vouchers can be redeemed for events on sale at www.eventim.co.uk. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total cost of the order. Vouchers can be redeemed within 12 months after date of issue, for part or full payment. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash but remains for the validity period of the gift voucher. You can redeem multiple gift vouchers in one order. You cannot apply a gift voucher to an existing order. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. - The £100 Ivy e-gift card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. It must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant digitally on a smartphone. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be extended beyond the stated 12-month validity period. - The £75 Candy’s Cupcakes e-gift card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and is redeemed at candyscupcakes.co.uk. Cupcake order is subject to purchase terms and conditions. Email address required to receive prize.
- The £50 Bloom&Wild e-gift card is valid for two years. Can be redeemed against any gift at www.bloomandwild.com. If buying a subscription, you’ll only get money off the first delivery. You can use a gift card alongside other discount codes or account credit. Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash. Email address required to receive prize.
- There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes are not for resale.
- The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only.
- The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
Winner Selection:
- There are 12 winners in total.
- All entries received during the Promotional Period will be placed into one random prize draw conducted by an independently verified computer-generated system, within 14 working days of the closing date. The computer-generated system is RandomPicker.
- 12x winners will be drawn in the following order: The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Samsung Galaxy S25. The second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth valid entries randomly drawn will each win a £100 Eventim e-Gift voucher. The seventh and eighth valid entries randomly drawn each win a £100 The Ivy e-gift card. The ninth valid entry randomly drawn wins a 75 Candy’s Cupcakes e-gift card. The tenth, eleventh and twelfth valid entries randomly drawn each win a £50 Bloom & Wild e-gift card
Winner Notification:
- Within 10 working days of the closing date, @giffgaff will notify each winner by Direct Message on Instagram.
- Each winner has 14 days to claim their prize and provide their email address (if they are an e-gift card winner) and postal address and mobile phone number (if they are the Samsung Galaxy S25 prize winner).
- Any winner that does not respond within the initial 7 days of notification, will be contacted by @giffgaff via Direct Message on Instagram again, and given a further 7 days to respond.
- If contact cannot be made after two attempts via Direct Message due to account privacy settings or messaging restrictions, or if the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, or required delivery details are not provided, the prize will be forfeited, and if there are enough qualifying entries, awarded to a back-up winner chosen at the same time as the original.
- There will be two attempts at contact before the prize is forfeited.
- Only a reply via Direct Message from the same Instagram account to which the Promoter sends the winner notification, will be accepted.
- The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or receipt of their prize.
Prize Fulfilment
- Each e-gift card winner will be sent their prize, via email by a third-party supplier, within 14 working days of their valid prize claim.
- The winner of the Samsung Galaxy S25 will be sent their prize by a third-party supplier by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery within 14 days of valid prize claim.
General T&Cs:
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to: verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner by requesting proof of identity and/or address; disqualify any entrant or winner found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; disqualify entrants who make an entry on someone else's behalf; disqualify any entrant or winner if they are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
Where we suspect that a winner has breached these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address and that they are the person associated with the winning notification.
The surname and county of winners will be made available on request by emailing giffgaff@splendidcomms.com within 30 days of the closing date. Entrants may request their surname, and county is not published (in the event they win) by emailing giffgaff@splendidcomms.com before the closing date of the competition. However, the Promoter is obliged to make the surname and county of any winner available to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notification or delivery or any prize. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.

The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

Offer Redemption
- Having purchased a Qualifying Device from the retailers listed in the table above, during the Promotional Period, up to 630 claimants will be entitled to claim a Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles until the end of the Redemption Period or until all Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles are claimed, whichever is first.
- To redeem the offer for John Lewis & Partners, Currys Group, EE, Three, Vodafone, Voxi and/or Giff Gaff claimants must visit https://motorola.promo.uk.com/p/razr60ultra within the Redemption Period dates listed in the table above; and provide their full name, email address, shipping address for delivery and upload their proof of purchase (“Claim”). Proof of purchase must be dated within the Promotional Period dates listed in the table above; and prior to date of claim.
- To redeem the offer for Argos and Very, claimants must visit https://motorola.promo.uk.com/p/razr60ultra within the Redemption Period dates listed in the table above; and provide their full name, email address, shipping address for delivery and send their proof of purchase (“Claim”), after 30 days claimants will need to provide a photograph to motorolapromotions@biggroup.co.uk. Showing their handset with the date on the screen or on a piece of paper to prove they haven’t returned their handset.
- There is a 30-day cooling off period to check and verify each Claim; for each retailer. If a claimant returns a Qualifying Device because of a change of mind during this 30-day period, their Claim will be invalidated, and the claimant will not be entitled to claim or receive a gift available under this offer.
- After the completion of the cooling off period, the Promoter will contact retailers to confirm the purchased device has not been returned. The Promoter may contact Claimants after completion of the cooling off period requesting further verification details that must be provided within 7 days of request. Failure to do this will result in the gift being forfeit and the gift will be made available to claim again if during the Redemption Period. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 630 Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles available to claim, one gift per Qualifying Device, subject to Clause 7. Units available to claim are therefore limited and the Redemption Period will end automatically once the aforementioned available Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles have been claimed.
- Claims are limited to a maximum of 10 (ten) claims per claimant.
- Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates or consumer groups will not be accepted.
- There is no cash or other alternative for the gift except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter. The offer is non-transferable.
- Claimants who do not give correct details or those who make a Claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- If there are any discrepancies between the purchase information and information provided by claimants in their Claim, a Lenovo Representative will contact a claimant via the email address provided on claiming within 30 days of the Claim being submitted online. The Representative may ask for additional proof of purchase to be provided.
- Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the website.
- Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or invalid Claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for Claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Fulfilment and Delivery
- Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles will be sent to the delivery addresses provided by claimants as part of their Claim on the website. Each gift will be dispatched with tracking via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours and will arrive by tracked delivery within 14 days of completion of the cooling off period and any further verification process.
- Any queries regarding deliveries should be sent to motorolapromotions@biggroup.co.uk.
- All cases of Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles being damaged upon receipt must be reported to the Promoter within 24 hours of receipt and confirmed delivery as set out within Clause 20.
- If fulfilment or any element of this offer will be delayed or affected due to the purchase verification process or industry-wide supply chain issues, all claimants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or offer.
Other Important Information
- Claimants will receive the full 12 months manufacturer’s warranty on the Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gifts on the warranty terms included in the packaging of each device, valid from the date of delivery of the device at the designated carrier for shipment to Claimant. Claimants must register their Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gifts within 30 days of receiving them. Failure to do so will render the warranty void.
General
- It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their gift. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim or delivery of their gift.
- The Promoter is responsible for the collection and use of claimants’ personal data. Any personal data, including, without limitation, claimant’s name, shipping address (including post code) and email address, is only processed for the purpose of participating in the offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this offer and delivery of the gift.
- The Promoter will hold claimants’ personal data for up to a maximum 3 months after the close of the Redemption Period. Claimant’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. - The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer or accepting or using the Moto Loop Earbuds and Moto Watch Fit gift bundles, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Claims and claimants including but not limited to asking for a proof of purchase or proof of ID (passport or driving licence) and discard the Claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the offer, any instructions forming part of this offer’s redemption requirements or otherwise where a claimant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer using fraudulent means.
- If for any reason any aspect of this offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the offer or invalidate any affected Claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s Claim.
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English Law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

- In order to be eligible for entry, Participants must purchase a qualifying product as listed in Table 1 below (Qualifying Product) from a participating retailer (being the ones listed below):

- This Promotion is only open to individuals over the age of 18 with a postal address in the United Kingdom (Territory) or a business registered and operating in the Territory (with access to the internet) (Participants). The postal address included in the Claim form must be a residential or registered business address within the Territory for delivery of the Promotion Reward; no forwarding addresses are permitted. Employees of Google, Opia Limited or Participating Retailers and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion or their immediate family members are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. In entering the Promotion, Participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Promotion Reward.
- There is a limit of two (2) Claims per household during the Promotion Period, irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. Businesses may make up to eight (8) Claims per business during the Promotion Period, also irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. A Participant may submit one (1) Claim for each Qualifying Product purchased in full accordance with these Promotion Terms.
- This Promotion will run in conjunction with all other warranties or returns policies, whether in-box, statutory or otherwise that are available to the Participant.
Claiming a Promotion Reward
- To take part in the Promotion, Participants must pre-order or purchase a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period. Participants must then submit a claim for the Promotion Reward between 30 April 2025 and 19 June 2025 ("Claim Period") by visiting https://reward-promos.com/eastergift and filling in the claim form (Claim). Participants are only eligible to submit a claim after 14 days from the date they purchased the applicable Qualifying Product.
- In order to complete the Claim form, the Participant must provide various details including their full name, email address and postal address where the Promotion Reward should be delivered and upload a proof of purchase such as a copy of the receipt or invoice from the Participating Retailer. Please note that the use of forwarding companies (and similar services) for this Promotion is prohibited. Participants must also provide the IMEI1 number of the Qualifying Product. The IMEI1 number can be found on the outside of the phone’s box, SIM tray or in the Settings function (Participants may be asked to provide a photo of the IMEI1 number).
- Participants will be notified by Opia of approval or non-approval of their Claim within five (5) working days’ of receipt of a valid Claim. Participants will be notified using the email address they have provided in the Claim form.
- Participants who provide incomplete or incorrect information when submitting their Claim shall be notified within five (5) working days and provided with an opportunity to provide the missing information within seven (7) days in order for their Claim to be approved (provided that either the email address or telephone number on the Claim form is correct). Failure to provide the required information within this timeframe will result in the Claim being rejected. If the Participant cannot be contacted using the telephone number or email address contained on the Claim form, the Claim will be rejected. Participants may lodge a new Claim, provided they comply with these Promotion Terms.
- If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Qualifying Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant is not entitled to make a Claim and Opia shall reject any such Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Qualifying Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalidated and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the relevant customer service number noted below in clause 12. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Qualifying Product has been returned.
- Opia shall endeavor to ship the Promotion Reward within 30 days of Claim validation. In the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of Opia or exhaustion of Promotion Reward stocks, this can take up to 60 days, and Opia reserves the right to substitute the Promotion Reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
- Promotion Reward are non-transferrable, non-returnable (except in the event of defect) and have no cash alternative. Colour of the Promotion Reward is subject to availability.
- Opia shall send an email acknowledgement of receipt of a Claim. Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/buds3prooffer and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, and other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, and their delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of their IMEI1 number from the settings screen of the Promotion Product, and a photo displaying the IMEI1 number on the back of the Promotion Product (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for the Reward in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
- Claims must be submitted between zero (0) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (“Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 20th May 2025 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 20th June 2025 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date or otherwise not within the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of Claim Validation to the postal address provided in the Claim.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. Privacy and Data Protection

General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPack and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product serial, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to enter and upload a photo of the IMEI number from the settings of their device (rather than the packaging).
- Claims must be submitted between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (“Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 15th April 2025 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 15th May 2025 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date or otherwise not within the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase counts as day one (1).
- Maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household, and a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) Rewards per Company Participant.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Please note that Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
- If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at GalaxyAPack2025@samsungoffers.claims or by phone UK (incl. CI & IOM): [+44 303 313 2960] or ROI [353 1800 333 305] within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
- If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
- If a Participant returns a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the relevant telephone number at Condition 13 above. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
- Should you wish to raise a dispute regarding a Reward delivery, you must do so no later than 30 days from the date the despatch notification described under Condition 16 above was sent to you.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. Eligibility Criteria:

Notification of Winner:

Delivery of the prize hamper will be arranged by giffgaff.
The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize hamper and provide the information requested, via Instagram DM to @giffgaffmobile, by 4pm on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
If we have not received acceptance from the winner by 4pm on Tuesday 1 April 2025, a new winner will be selected at random. - There is a 30-day cooling off period to check and verify each Claim; for each retailer. If a claimant returns a Qualifying Device because of a change of mind during this 30-day period, their Claim will be invalidated, and the claimant will not be entitled to claim or receive a gift available under this offer.
- After the completion of the cooling off period, the Promoter will contact retailers to confirm the purchased device has not been returned. The Promoter may contact Claimants after completion of the cooling off period requesting further verification details that must be provided within 7 days of request. Failure to do this will result in the gift being forfeited and the gift will be made available to claim again if during the Redemption Period. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Fulfilment and Delivery
- Moto Buds+ will be sent to the delivery addresses provided by claimants as part of their Claim on the website. Each gift will be dispatched with tracking via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours and will arrive by tracked delivery within 14 days of completion of the cooling off period and any further verification process.

- All cases of Moto Buds+ being damaged upon receipt must be reported to the Promoter within 24 hours of receipt and confirmed delivery as set out within Clause 19.
- If fulfilment or any element of this offer will be delayed or affected due to the purchase verification process or industry-wide supply chain issues, all claimants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or offer.
Other Important Information
- Claimants will receive the full 12 months manufacturer’s warranty on the Moto Buds+ on the warranty terms included in the packaging of each device, valid from the date of delivery of the device at the designated carrier for shipment to Claimant. Claimants must register their Moto Buds+ within 30 days of receiving them. Failure to do so will render the warranty void.
General
- It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their gift. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim or delivery of their gift.
- The Promoter is responsible for the collection and use of claimants’ personal data. - Purchases must be made from a Participating Retailer to qualify. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly, not Amazon EU or other non-UK branches.
- Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Supplier reserves the right to substitute the Rewards in different colours, models or specifications than the SKU’s stated in Table 1 above.
- The Rewards offered in this Promotion are limited and subject to availability. Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/GetMoreWithGalaxy and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI1 number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of the IMEI number from the settings screen of the Promotion Product (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
- Claims must be submitted between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (“Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 15th April 2025 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 15th May 2025 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date or otherwise not within the Claim Period will not be eligible for the Rewards. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase counts as day one (1).
- Participants will not be eligible to claim the Reward if the Promotion Product has been used to claim cashback or a physical gift reward in any other promotion run by the Promoter. Maximum of one (1) set of Rewards per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant, up to four (4) Claims per residential household, and up to ten (10) Claims per Company Participant (registered business). - Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. - If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Rewards.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Rewards will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant.
- If a Participant returns a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim.
If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will
be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact numbers at Condition 14. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
- Should you wish to raise a dispute regarding the Rewards delivery, you must do so no later than thirty (30) days from the date the despatch notification described under Condition 17 above was sent to you.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Rewards will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

- If for any reason any aspect of this offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the offer or invalidate any affected Claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s Claim.
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Participation
- These Offers are available to new and existing giffgaff members who are resident in the UK and over the age of 18.

- Members who comply with these Terms, will receive:
- In respect of the £10 promo plan, an increased data allowance, totalling 40GB, on our £10 monthly rolling plan for 6 months from the date on which the promo plan first goes live on their account (the “£10 promo benefit period”). After the end of the £10 promo benefit period, the promo plan may no longer be available and members might be moved to a plan of equivalent price and this shall apply until such time as they change plans or leave giffgaff. giffgaff will use best endeavours to notify members in advance of moving plans to allow members to take relevant action.
- In respect of the £20 promo plan, an increased data allowance, totalling 200GB, on our £20 monthly rolling plan for 6 months from the date on which the promo plan first goes live on their account (the “£20 promo benefit period”). After the end of the £20 promo benefit period, the promo plan may no longer be available and members might be moved to a plan of equivalent price and this shall apply until such time as they change plans or leave giffgaff. giffgaff will use best endeavours to notify members in advance of moving plans to allow members to take relevant action.
- Your promo plan must be set to auto-renew whilst it is live on your account in order to continue to benefit from the increased data allowance for the £10 promo benefit period or £20 promo benefit period (as applicable).
- A member is under no obligation to keep their auto-renew setting turned on. If they do switch off auto-renew once the promo plan is live on their account, they will still have the extra data until their promo plan expires for that monthly period.
- After your promo plan first goes live on your account, you can change to another plan. Subject to paragraph 8, you will no longer receive extra data in respect of that promo plan but the six month benefit period in respect of that promo plan (as detailed in paragraph 6) will continue to run when you change plans. You can return to the promo plan by purchasing it again during that six month benefit period.
- Members who have queued a promo plan can change or cancel the promo plan before it goes live but will only be able to purchase or queue the promo plan again if they do so within the eligibility period.
- Members who have opted into the 2024 60GB student promo on the £10 monthly rolling plan will not be able to take advantage of the £10 promo plan.
- giffgaff reserves the right to amend the Terms and Offers or withdraw either or both of the Offers at any time. In the event of any dispute giffgaff’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. We will notify you of any changes to these Terms by posting them here.
- giffgaff will not be liable for any loss in connection with these Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- Subject to the above, we have no liability to you for losses that haven’t resulted naturally from our breach, or that we couldn’t have foreseen, or loss of profit, loss of business, costs, expenses or any other form of financial loss. Nor shall we be liable to you for any loss of income, business or profits (including loss of revenue) or for any loss of data in connection with your use of a promo plan.
- You agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, losses and/or damages suffered directly or indirectly by us as a result of any breach by you of any of your obligations and representations under the Terms.
- By participating in the Offers, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to giffgaff and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the member has consented. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. Eligibility

- To qualify for this Promotion, the Promotion Product must be purchased from a Participating Retailer located within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland.

- Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward. - Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant and four (4) Claims per household. Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/newyearoffers (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information, including but not limited to, the IMEI or serial number of the purchased Promotion Product and if requested the proof of purchase in order to make an application for their Reward under the Promotion (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of the IMEI or serial number (as applicable) from the settings screen of the Promotion Product (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
- Claims must be submitted between one (1) and thirty (30) days of the date of purchase of the Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”), meaning that the final date to submit a Claim against a Promotion Product purchased on the 16th January 2025 is by 23:59 (GMT) on the 15th February 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as shown on the relevant proof of purchase shall count as day one (1). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
- If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at Newyearoffers@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at 0330 236 7567 in the United Kingdom and +353 1800 337 788 in the Republic of Ireland within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
- If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be delivered via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the United Kingdom, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland postal address provided in the Claim.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- A Claim must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents, third parties or in bulk.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of the terms and conditions of previous promotions, you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
- If a Participant returns the Promotion Product, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalidated, and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the relevant contact number listed above in Condition 15. The Promoter reserves the right to check with the Participating Retailer whether a Promotion Product has been returned or delivery cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so. Where the Reward has already been sent then the Promoter shall seek to recover the Reward from the Participant which where necessary may involve legal action being carried out against the Participant.
- Should you wish to raise a dispute regarding a Reward delivery, you must do so no later than 30 days from the date the despatch notification email referred to in Condition 17 has been sent to you.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing Claims and Reward redemption processes. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- The details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward may be passed to third parties in connection with the processing of their Claim but will not be used for any other purpose other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, unless you specifically consent to share your data for additional purposes.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/newyearoffers (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form by providing the requested information, including but not limited to, the IMEI or serial number of the purchased Promotion Product and if requested the proof of purchase in order to make an application for their Reward under the Promotion (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of the IMEI or serial number (as applicable) from the settings screen of the Promotion Product (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.

Eligibility & Participation
- This Offer is available to new and existing giffgaff members who are resident in the UK and over the age of 18.
- This Offer will commence on 3rd September 2024 at 09:00 and end on 4th December 2024 at 23:59 (the “activation period”).
- For members to take advantage of the Offer, they must purchase or queue the £20 18 month contract (the “promotion contract plan”) by the end of the activation period. Available for existing Members via the app only.
- Members who comply with these Terms and purchase the promotion contract plan, will receive an increased data allowance of 200GB from our £20 18 month contract plan for 18 months from when the promotion contract plan first goes live on their account (the “plan benefit period”).
- After the end of the plan benefit period, the promotion plan will no longer be available for selection. Members who continue on this £20 plan following the end of the plan benefit period will receive 120GB data until they change or cancel their plan or leave giffgaff in accordance with clause 6.28 of our standard terms and conditions.
- Members can change their plan up or down during the 18 month term of their contract but if they decide to leave giffgaff before the end of their contract they may be liable to pay an early termination charge as set out in giffgaff’s standard terms and conditions.
- Members who have queued the promotion contract plan, can leave giffgaff or change or cancel the promotion plan before it goes live, but will only be able to take up the promotion contract plan again if they do so within the activation period.
- Members who start to receive the promotion contract plan and then change contract plans, will be eligible to return to or queue the promotion plan within their plan benefit period. However, any months during which they were not on the promotion contract plan will be deducted from their 18 month plan benefit period.
- Members who start to receive the promotion contract plan and then leave giffgaff will not be eligible to return to the promotion plan after the end of the activation period.
- Members who fail to activate their £20 18 month contract plan, leave giffgaff or cancel their purchase will not be eligible to repurchase the promotion plan after 4 December 2024 which marks the end of the activation period.
- Members may be required to save a payment method before they purchase their promotion plan, e.g. a credit card, debit card or PayPal.
- giffgaff reserves the right to amend the Terms and Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time.In the event of any dispute giffgaff’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. giffgaff will not be liable for any loss in connection with this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- Subject to the above, we have no liability to you for losses that haven’t resulted naturally from our breach, or that we couldn’t have foreseen, or loss of profit, loss of business, costs, expenses or any other form of financial loss. Nor shall we be liable to you for any loss of income, business or profits (including loss of revenue) or for any loss of data in connection with your use of the £20 18 month contract plan.
- You agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, losses and/or damages suffered directly or indirectly by us as a result of any breach by you of any of your obligations and representations under the Terms.
- By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to giffgaff and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Member has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
- All participants in the Offer will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms as well as giffgaff's standard terms and conditions found at www.giffgaff.com/terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials.
- If either of us fails to enforce our rights under these Terms, it shall not prevent either of us from taking action later.

£10 Student Monthly Rolling Plan – July – November 2024
We are giving an extra 40GB of data per month for 12 months to student members who purchase our £10 monthly rolling plan (“Promo Plan”) in accordance with the terms below (the “Offer”).

Eligibility & Participation
- This Offer is available to new and existing giffgaff members who are resident in the UK and over the age of 18.
- This Offer will commence on 16 July 2024 at 09:00 (“Offer Start Date”) and end on 30 November 2024 at 11:59 (the “Offer Period”).
- Members will receive this Offer if:
- they activate a specific student SIM pack within the Offer Period. Such SIM packs will advertise either this Offer or the 2023 Student offer and state in their terms that the individual is required to “Activate this student SIM” to access this Offer;
- they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, as at the Offer Start Date, are on the £10 monthly rolling plan with it set to auto-renew. These members will receive the Offer when their £10 monthly rolling plan next auto-renews; or
- they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, during the Offer Period, either purchase the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan.
- Members who comply with these Terms and purchase the Promo Plan, will receive an extra 40 GB (i.e. 60GB instead of 20GB) on our £10 monthly rolling plan for 12 months from when the Promo Plan first goes live on their account, whilst the plan is set to auto-renew (the “Benefit Period”). After the end of the Benefit Period, the Promo Plan may no longer be available and members might be moved to a plan of equivalent price and this shall apply until such time as they change plans or leave giffgaff. giffgaff will use best endeavours to notify members in advance of moving plans to allow members to take relevant action.
- Where the Promo Plan has not yet gone live on a member’s account but the member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan during the Offer Period, they can leave giffgaff or change or cancel the plan. However, they will only receive the Offer if they take up the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan again within the Offer Period.
- Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then change or cancel plans, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they do so within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period.
- Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then leave giffgaff, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they return to the same member account and take up the Promo Plan again within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period.
- Where a member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan or it has gone live on their account and they then change from an ac.uk email address to a non-ac.uk email address, they will no longer receive the Promo Plan when their next plan is due to auto-renew (or on early repurchase of their next plan). They will be able to return to the Promo Plan subject to clauses 5 and 6. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not apply to members who have taken up the Promo Plan without an ac.uk email address (i.e. by activating a specific SIM referred to at clause 3(a)).
- Members may be required to save a payment method before they purchase their Promo Plan, e.g. a credit card, debit card or PayPal.
- A student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) may not be used for more than one account.
- giffgaff reserves the right to amend the Terms and Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute giffgaff’s decision is final.
