Bulb Energy Limited ("Bulb"): £100 payback promotion - Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). May 2019.

During this promotion giffgaff members are able to receive £100.00 worth of payback points when the below Terms are met.

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry. giffgaff reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone in breach of these Terms.
  2. To be eligible for the payback promotion, you must be a giffgaff member and have received a communication promoting the payback offer.
  3. You must make an application to switch energy (electricity only or dual fuel) to Bulb through your unique tracking link (provided by giffgaff) between 00:00 on 29th May 2019 and 23:59 on 30th June 2019. Applications to switch submitted through any other link will not track and you will not be eligible for the offer.
  4. You are eligible for the £100 payback for a maximum of 1 individual switch per giffgaff account, per household.
  5. You may only earn £100.00 in payback points through this offer. The offer is not stackable and cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive or referral.
  6. Your switch must be reported back to giffgaff by Bulb as successfully completing before 23:59 on 30th September 2019.
  7. In order for giffgaff to verify your switch, you must share your giffgaff mobile number and registered email address with Bulb. Failure to do so may prevent the verification of your eligible switch. In such instances giffgaff will use the contact details provided to attempt to contact unverified members.
  8. Payback points are redeemable as per the standard giffgaff payback process. No other payment; transfer or withdrawal methods are permitted. giffgaff will contact eligible members with details of their confirmed, tracked payback once an eligible energy switch has been verified.
  9. The payback amount will only be payable when your switch is reported to us as successful by Bulb and we have been able to verify your switch. Payback points will be paid to eligible members' payback balances on or before 1st November 2019.
  10. If you cancel your switch, or Bulb deems the transaction as ineligible for the offer, the £100 payback will not be payable.
  11. Only one giffgaff account per person is allowed.
  12. giffgaff will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion or that results in the inability to match your application to switch, to your giffgaff account.
  13. Bulb's standard terms and conditions at all times apply and are deemed to be accepted by all participants of this promotion.
  14. The decision of giffgaff regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  15. giffgaff may withdraw the promotion or change its rules at any time without notice and without incurring any liability to any person who has participated or intended to do so.
  16. Personal data supplied to giffgaff during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in giffgaff's Privacy Policy. Personal data supplied to Bulb will be processed as set out in Bulb's Privacy Policy which can be found on the Bulb website.
  17. Each clause in these Terms operates separately. If any part is found by a court to be unreasonable or unenforceable the other parts will continue to apply.
  18. The promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
